How are the days chosen?

The team visits each area on certain days. You choose from the days offered in yours.

What if none of the days work for me?

An emergency appointment opens all our free days, everywhere, for a $200 surcharge.

Do I need to be home?

No. We only need access to the yard and the equipment. The day before, we confirm a four-hour time window.

Why book early?

Late September and October days go fast, especially on nice-weather weekends.

Do I need to drain the pool?

No. We only lower the water level to protect the skimmer and the returns; the pool stays full for the winter.

Why does an inground pool cost more?

Its plumbing lines are buried: they must be fully purged and protected with antifreeze. Inground closing (in French)

What happens if a line freezes?

A line that holds water can freeze and crack. On an inground pool, the repair often requires digging.

I have a salt system: what should I do?

The salt cell must be protected from frost like the rest of the equipment. We also offer acid cleaning ($39.99, product included).

What about my heat pump?

A poorly protected heat pump can crack in the frost. We also offer internal cleaning ($144.99), recommended every 2 years.

Do you install the cover?

Fall cover installation is available as an option: $59.99 above-ground, $99.99 inground.

Can I close my pool myself?

Yes, but you need the equipment, antifreeze and several hours, and a poorly purged line is expensive. DIY or a pro? (in French)
