We provide everything. Salt, Chlorine, pH correctors and stabilizers are included and delivered by our technicians.
Service is maintained even in rainy weather. Only severe thunderstorms lead to a 24h safety delay.
VIP Frequently Asked Questions
Which chemicals are actually included?
Everything needed for maintenance: Chlorine (tabs/granular), Salt, stabilizer, preventive algaecide, and pH/Alkalinity balancers. Specialized treatments (e.g., massive phosphates or metals) are evaluated as needed.
Do I need to be present during visits?
No. As long as the technician has unlocked access to the yard and water/electricity are functional, we perform the service autonomously. A report is sent to you after each visit.
How does VIP Plan billing work?
The total cost of your season is divided into 4 equal installments automatically collected between May and August. Opening and closing are payable separately on the day of service.
What is your exact coverage area?
We primarily operate in Montreal, the North Shore and the Laurentians, to guarantee optimal response speeds in case of emergency.
