When to open?

The rule is simple: open early. As long as the water is cold, algae and bacteria barely grow.

As soon as the water warms up under the cover without filtration, it can turn green in a few days. Restarting the filtration early is the simplest way to avoid green water.

This is the best time: the water is still cold and the filtration restarts before algae take over.

Water that stagnates and warms up is much harder and more expensive to recover: more chemicals, more cleaning, sometimes several visits.

The first spring days go fast. Booking early ensures you open at the right time.
